The standard delivery fee for consignments is $25, but is subject to change depending on the size, weight, and delivery requirements of the consignment.

Customers can qualify for free delivery by exceeding a minimum total order value of $500 within metro areas. Consignments that travel outside of the metro areas may incur additional on forwarding charges. Any lines that have to be placed on backorder are not included in the $500 minimum, as the $500 minimum is for shipping.

Multiple orders to the same delivery address can be combined during shipping and the total value of the orders on the consignment will be considered when calculating a delivery fee.

In the event that your order is over $500 but the consignment charges exceed a reasonable percentage of the total order value you may be contacted regarding additional freight charges.

Additional charges may apply for bulky or heavy items, as well as where special delivery requirements are needed, such as hand unload or tail gate deliveries.

No order will be dispatched until payment terms are met.

Please ensure all customer delivery details and requirements are correct prior to order submission, as you may incur additional delivery charges if any consignment needs to be re-directed, re-delivered, or re-sent, even if your order initially qualified for free shipping.

All consignments are sent in accordance with the terms and conditions of our carriers and may require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers may leave a collection card or instruction for arranging re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
